Shipping + Returns

All of our pieces are handmade by local artisans in Los Angeles, production can take up to 8 weeks.

We offer complimentary shipping for shipments within the US and free shipping on orders over $500 shipping internationally.

Duties and taxes for international orders are due upon delivery.

Due to UK tax law we cannot ship orders to the UK under $200 (before shipping fees).

Domestic orders shipping to California and New York will be charged sales tax at checkout.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your web order, we gladly accept returns on non-custom pieces for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Order receipt must be included in the return shipment.

Please note, all holiday orders placed after November 15th qualify for extended returns by January 11th.

Unworn merchandise is eligible for exchange or return for store credit up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card from which the order was processed. Please email dear@spinellikilcollin.com for information if you need assistance.

Custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded. If you would like to adjust your custom order, it may be exchanged for store credit up to 14 days after receipt.

Each piece we create is unique and no two setting patterns are ever identical. When using two stone colors in the one band, the ratio will be a 50/50 mix, plus/minus 5%. When using three colors, such as our CCW mix, the ratio is measured equally each time, plus/minus 5% to allow for the randomized pattern in our setting work.

Making changes to a size or style more than two weeks after receipt will be subject to additional charges.
