Sizing

Q: Do your rings run true to size?

Yes! We base our sizing on your true finger size. We have an internal formula that takes into account the connectors, the number of bands and the thickness of the bands.

Q: Do I need to size up due to the connectors?

No, you do not. We base our sizing on your true finger size. To request a complimentary ring sizer to find your size, please fill out the ring sizing form here or chat with us today!

Q: What if I don’t know my ring size?

That is no problem! Select the “not sure of my size” option in the drop-down and add it to cart. After you complete your purchase, we will send you a complimentary ring sizer to confirm your size. A member of our team will also be in touch with any questions you may have!


Q: Am I able to wear my SK ring spread across multiple fingers?

Yes! To wear your SK ring spread across multiple fingers, you will need to size your largest finger.


Q: I'm not sure what finger I want my SK ring for - help me decide!

When selecting a finger to wear your SK piece on, we would suggest sizing for the finger that you would most like to wear the ring on. Take a look at your other jewelry and decide which finger will give you the most wear. Sizing for the largest finger often gives you the most flexibility as you can wear it stacked on your finger, or spread across multiple fingers.

Q: Do you offer quarter sizing?

Yes! Quarter sizing is offered by inquiry only. Please email us at dear@spinellikilcollin.com or chat with us today to place a custom size order. Please note that quarter sizes are considered custom sale and are subject to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt.

Q: I received my complimentary ring sizer in the mail! How do I use it?

When using the ring sizer, you want a slight catch, not too tight and not to loose. Whichever size fits most comfortably for you. The sizes can be found on the side of each individual sizing ring. The - sign means a half size. For example, size 5- is size 5.5. For more sizing information visit our Sizing page or chat with us today!

Q: How do I return my complimentary ring sizer?

The ring sizer is our gift to you! Please feel free to share with a friend or hang on to it for the future. It is a standard ring sizer and will work with most brands.

Shipping

Q: When can I expect my SK piece to arrive?

We ship all in stock orders with complimentary 2nd day shipping via Fedex. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If you need your order to ship urgently, please email us at dear@spinellikilcollin.com or chat with us today and we will do our best to accommodate!

Q: Is it possible to pay for expedited shipping?

All of our in stock orders will ship complimentary 2nd day within the US. If you do need your order to ship urgently, simply let a team member know by emailing us at dear@spinellikilcollin.com or send us a chat. We can always upgrade to overnight shipping for a small fee.

Q: Do I need to sign for my order upon delivery?

Yes! For security and insurance purposes, we do require a signature at the time of delivery. We are happy to coordinate a specific delivery day or can ship to your local Fedex station for client pick up. Please chat with us today to speak with a member of our team today!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We offer complimentary international shipping for all orders over $500.

Q: I live internationally, will I pay duties and taxes upon arrival?

Please note that duties and taxes are applicable upon delivery to the recipient. For more information or to get an estimate on duties and taxes for your order, chat with us today!

Q: My order is not in stock, when should I expect it to arrive?

Our production time is currently 8 weeks as all pieces are handmade in our Los Angeles studio. Once your order is ready, it will ship with complimentary 2nd day shipping.

Q: I placed an order online thinking the piece was in stock and it is not. What can I do?

Q: Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrap. Please check the box for gift wrap in your cart.


Q: Do you offer engraving?

Yes! Certain styles are eligible for complimentary engraving. Chat with us today to see if your piece is eligible!

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! Please find the link to purchase a gift card here. Scroll to select your amount or chat with us today for a custom amount!


Q: I’m buying a ring as a gift and don’t know the recipient's ring size. What should I do?

Select the “not sure of my size” option in the drop-down and add it to cart. In the cart, select the option for gift wrap. We will ship a gift wrapped ring sizer and card saying what was purchased to the recipient so they can confirm their size!

Q: How do I know which styles are in stock and ready to ship?

The Green Dot next to a style name indicates that select sizes are in stock and ready to ship. In some cases this may only be one size. To see if the size you are interested in is in stock, go to the dropdown bar. If the size is in stock, it will say “Ready to Ship” next to it.

Q: What if the size I want to purchase doesn’t have “Ready to Ship” next to it?

If the size you would like to purchase does not have ready to ship next to it in the dropdown menu, the piece will need to be produced to order. Please allow 8 weeks for production as each piece is handmade in Los Angeles.

Q: Is every style and size on the Shop in stock collection page ready to ship?

Only select sizes are in stock and ready to ship for each style.

Appointments

Q: There isn't a SK showroom where I live, how do I see the pieces?

We offer virtual appointments for clients in cities where we do not have showrooms. We also offer complimentary shipping and returns if you would like to try the piece in the comfort of your home. Please send us an email at dear@spinellikilcollin.com with your city you would like us to visit you for an upcoming pop-up!

Q: Are your showrooms by appointment only?

In order for you to have the full SK experience, we do only offer visits to our showroom by appointment only. To make an appointment to visit one of our showrooms, please visit our Appointments Page!

Q: Where can I see your pieces in person?

We have a showroom in NYC, Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles and also take private appointments in London. Please visit our Appointments Page to make an appointment.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

Unworn merchandise is eligible for exchange or return up to 14 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds will only be issued after the order has been received back to the office and determined as being in new condition. All custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Q: Are custom pieces eligible for return?

All custom pieces are final sale and are eligible for exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt.

Q: What is your holiday return policy?

Please note, orders placed November 1st through December 31st, 2023 can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, 2024. Custom orders are eligible for exchange for size only until January 15th, 2024 and will not be refunded. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Open invoices are valid for 30 days from invoice delivery.
